Transition Services

Transition Services

Orchard Village realizes the great need for resources by people with disabilities who are graduating from high school or special education, yet don't know what steps to take at that point to progress into a more independent and community-integrated living arrangement. Orchard Village Transition Services fills this gap in resources.

As a participant in Transitions, the people we serve learn valuable skills that will help them meet their goals.
