24-Hour Supervised Group Homes (Community Integrated
Living Arrangements (CILA) Support)
Houses in the beautiful north and northwestern suburbs of Chicago, supervised 24 hours per day by trained staff who support resident's every day needs. Through customized Individual Service Plans clients work toward achieving their goals. Services promote self-sufficiency and development in the areas of self care, social skills, recreation, meal preparation, budgeting and recreational interests.
Supported Living Arrangements (SLA) Support
Apartments and condominium units for people who would like to live more independently but still need intermittent support. Staff provide daily, weekly, or monthly support in areas such as money management, healthy cooking and medical case management.
Transitional Supported Living
A program that provides young adults with developmental disabilities housing, supervision and an outcome based program to build and refine independent living skills to promote transition into a more independent supportive living environment. The program teaches residents of the home independent living skills such as budgeting, cooking, and housekeeping, while they work with a vocational specialist to secure or maintain employment
Living means more than simply residing. Our staff actively work with residential consumers to ensure they are involved in their environments, are connected to family and friends,, choose and use local neighborhood services (such as banks or doctors), and assume meaningful roles in their communities.
