Orchard Academy
Orchard Academy educates students ages 17 through 22 with a wide range of abilities. In addition to reinforcing the traditional academic curriculum, Orchard Academy will teach students how to apply their knowledge and develop the critical skills to transition into a successful and fulfilling life after high school. The curriculum is enhanced with community based experiences in all areas including job placement, independent living and social skills which will optimize the students’ transition into adult living. The small student to teacher ratio allows staff to provide the best support possible to each student based on his or her own goals. Students are also supported with therapeutic resources second to none.
Orchard Academy is only the 2nd school of its kind in the state of Illinois.
